VGC - Vale boss Sir Stan is out early at Vale Park to try to pass on some of his expertise to 15 year-old John Stanley Hulme of Penkhull, Stoke-on-Trent, who had just signed for Vale - July 1965. 

I've been told he was badly injured just prior to a move to Derby Co.
